Sunpro is the evolution of a successful venture in affordable eyewear. Itâs the brainchild of JB, who first made his mark on the online market with iPOP in 2009. After years dedicated to iPOP, JB recognised the opportunity to launch a new, premium sunglasses brand with a strong online presence.
Drawing on his extensive experience in the sector and his many trips to the Far East, where he forged notable contacts, JB set out to create a collection of the coolest sunglasses possible. Crucially, he was determined to maintain a price point that would remain accessible and affordable to most Kiwis.
The result is a range of sunglasses that are truly high spec, offering a quality that goes far beyond what you might find at a typical service station. We believe we offer amazing quality for the price.

Durability and longevity are at the core of our design. Most of our styles feature robust inner core wire arms and top-quality hinges. The lenses are made from strong polycarbonate and provide reliable UV protection. Our polarised sunglasses feature laminated lenses with UV400 protection.
Every pair of Sunpro eyewear is sold with a complimentary microfibre case, featuring a design inspired by the mountainous regions of the Southâa tribute to the exploration and adventure we love.
